NEW POLYFUNCTION PAVILION FOR THE ZOO DVŮR KRÁLOVÉ

The thesis presents a proposal for revitalization and revitalization of the brownfield area of the Zoological Garden in Dvůr Králové nad Labem by inserting a new polyfunctional pavilion. The new building will provide the garden with a wider platform for environmental enlightment, educational activities and representation. The Master´s thesis also outlines the solution of another unused area and its connection to the area of main interest.
The educational projects of natural science with an element of project teaching for the 2nd grade of elementary school
ŠLAPÁKOVÁ, Hana
This diploma thesis submits four educational programs for primary school pupils called "Ants"; "We are Flying to Africa"; "The Fellowship of The Forest" and "Waterworld". Including these programs, you will also find a set of teaching aids and activities for the 2nd year of primary school, which are designed for teachers and children. The projects were created on the basis of an analysis of several selected topics - Water in The Landscape, Life on Another Continent, The Fellowship of The Forest, The World and The Life of Small Animals (ants). The created material contains information and aids to individual programs. The programs help students to get closer to the characteristics of the given topics and to pass on unusual interesting things. It is based on a literary analysis of The Framework Educational Program, School Educational Program or other information sources. They create a number of several activities and task with additional school reports after completion of the projects. The worksheets which were used for pre-test, post-test no. 1 and post-test no. 2. The activities were partially practically verified with a selected group of 2nd year students at the Primary school in Tábor-Čekanice. Given the pandemic situation only two educational programs were into practice i.e. "Ants" and "We are Flying to Africa." These projects have had quite big influence on the children from the point of view of information cognitive knowledge. Students evaluated the programs as very entertaining according to questionnaires.
Timber species education of the elementary School

The main objective of this thesis is the preparation and realization of project about timber species for pupils attending fourth grade of elementary school. Introductory chapters present basic curricular documents about environmental education. The author analyses elementary school textbooks focusing on naturalistic topics and finds out the ways in which the subject matter of timber species is covered in textbooks of fourth and fifth grade of elementary school. In the chapter Characteristics of Rieger's Park, the author examines the history of the park and mentions woody species to be found on the park's territory. One part of the thesis deals with results arising from questionnaire survey carried out at schools in the adjacent park surroundings. The main purpose of the questionnaire survey was to find out how much interest there is in the project dealing with issues of timber species in Rieger's Park. The author set the objective at the same time of finding out what form of the project would be the most convenient for teachers of the selected schools. Practice-oriented part contains the project "Timber Species in the Rieger's Park". Four walks to the Rieger's Park in different seasons of the year with accompanying working sheets made stand for the basis of the project. In the final part of the...

Natural-scientific Excursions for Elementary School Pupils in the Region of Blanik

The work dedicates the region of Podblanicko as an outdoor acivity of didactic territory. The description of five concrete excursions follows with a universal characterization of the region. The didactic part is worked by the author theoreticaly of the view of the General Educational Programme and extra concrete School Educational Programme. In the work, there is dedicated a special consideration to the concrete special didactics of individual excursions including author's writing of the working folio for the geological excursion. Knowledge of kindergarten pupils about animal anatomy.

This thesis is about wild animals living in the area Lusatian Mountains, Českolipsko, Dubskaand, Českosaské Švýcarsko, marginally in the Zoopark in Chomutov as a model group in environmental education in kindergarten. The aim is to find out the level of acquainting children with the selected endangered species, to compare how children perceive these animals, to find out how the children receive information about this topic. This research shows the range of available educational materials and auxiliary materials. On this basis there is developed a quality and comprehensive educational method connecting children closer to nature into this particular area. The aim is also from the perspective of contemporary and historic and legendary eliminate wide spread misconceptions and prejudices people against wild endangered animals and trying to clarify them.
Sustainable development as a principles of education in free time

This thesis Sustainable development as principles of pedagogy of leisure time is about connection between the environmental education and sustainable development principles. The main goal of this thesis was creating metodology of freetime activities for children in pre-school age. Activities come from the sustainable development principles and arouse enviromental feelings in children. The first theoretic part acquaints us with enviromental education terms, global education terms and explains term of sustainable development in detail, its progress and main terms summary. This thesis explains their primary aspects which affects human behavior and their positive influence on individual behavior towards nature. One chapter introduces organisations that deal with enviromental education and which deserve on education for sustainable development. The second practical part of .work includes project the whole day nature trail. The nature trail is tailored to 5-6 years old children. It´s methodically constructed for the enviromental education organisations. Project´s goal is arousing interest about nature and animals. Project gives children basics of knowledges about events in nature, our dependence on nature and a fact, that we are a part of nature through the entertainig.
